Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on December 23, 2024, issued a circular inviting public comment on amendments to the Rules & Bye-Laws of the National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL).

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the proposed draft amendments have been published in the State Gazette in Part -II Sankirna, Thursday to Wednesday, December 12 - December 18, 2024 and in the Central Gazette in Part – IV, December 21 – December 27, 2024, in terms of Rule 18 of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957. 

• Any person having comments/observations on the proposed amendments to the Rules & Bye Laws may send the same to the Legal Department National Commodity Clearing Limited, Akruti Corporate Park, 1st Floor, Near G.E.Garden, LBS Marg, Kanjurmarg (West), Mumbai – 400078, or  E-mail at [email protected],  fifteen days from the date of publication in the State/Central Gazette or within 15 days from the date of this Circular whichever is later.

The proposed amendments to the Rules & Bye Laws are attached below.
