The Government of Karnataka on July 10, 2024, issued the Draft Karnataka Municipal Corporations Model Building (Amendment) Bye-Laws, 2024 to further amend the Karnataka Municipal Corporations Model Building Bye-Laws, 2017.
The following amendments have been stated:
• After chapter 16 and entries relating thereto, chapter 17 which states Digital Communication has been inserted.
The Draft is published for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be considered after one month from its publication in the official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. Objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Secretary to Government, Urban Development Department, Vikasa Soudha, Bengaluru-560001.
