The Government of Madhya Pradesh on December 11, 2024, issued the Draft MPERC (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Trading Licence and Other Matters of Trading Licensee) (Revision –I) Regulations, 2024.
These regulations has been issued to merge the MPERC (Eligibility Criteria for Grant of Trading License, the duties and the Terms and Conditions of Trading Licensee) Regulations, 2004 with MPERC (Procedure of Applications for License) Regulation 2004.
Persons intending to file suggestions/objections/comments on the above draft Regulation may send these to the Secretary, Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, 5th Floor, "Metro Plaza", Bittan Market, E-5 Arera Colony, Bhopal - 462016 so as to reach the Commission latest by January 10, 2025. The suggestions/objections/comments may also be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] & [email protected] or by fax to phone no. 0755-4004137.
The Commission shall hold a public hearing on January 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM through video conferencing. The persons who have filed their suggestions/objections/comments in writing with the Commission within the stipulated period may intimate their mobile number and e-mail ID to participate in the public hearing as per the relevant guidelines available on the Commission's website.
