Secretarial Compliance The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on December 24, 2024, issued a circular regarding the release of collateral.

The following has been stated: -

•The SEBI circular dated July 27, 2022, outlines that Clearing Members can request the immediate release of Cash/FDR/BG from NCCL until 7:00 PM on January 03, 2025.

•NCCL will aim to process these requests within one hour, provided collateral is available after margin checks. This facility is available on an immediate basis on the specified date.
