The following has been stated namely: -

• Rule 2 which states “definitions” have the following amendments namely: -

o Clause (46a) has been inserted to state “Flatted Factories”

o Clause (60a) which states “Industrial Parks” has been inserted

• Rule 36 has been substituted to states “Planning Parameters of Industries”
