Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on December 23, 2024, issued the Toluene (Quality Control) First Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

This shall come into force from December 24, 2024.

It states that in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (2) shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 22nd day of December, 2025.”
