Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, (MoCF) on December 24, 2024, notified the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order Third Amendment Order, 2024 to further amend the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2024.

The following has been stated-

•In paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of June, 2025.”.
