The Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana on December 23, 2024, issued a notification regarding amendment in the Haryana Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules 2017.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 26-A is added which specifies
(i)Inquiry of the charges against the Chairperson or Member of the Authority
(ii)Powers of the Judge
(iii)Filling of vacancy
•Rule 26-B is added which specifies
(i)Inquiry of the charges against the Chairperson or Member of the Appellate Tribunal
(ii)Powers of the Judge
(iii)Filling of vacancy
