Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on December 24, 2024, issued the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Order Third Amendment Order, 2024, to further amend the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2024.

This shall come into force on December 26, 2024.

It is stated that in paragraph 1, sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of June, 2025.”
