The Government of Bihar on December 13, 2024, issued an amendment in the notification No. S.O. 448, dated September 04, 2024, on C T D regarding Bihar Goods & Service Tax Act 2017.
The following amendments have been stated:
• Against serial no. 21, in column (2), after the words “Patna North Circle”, the symbol and words “, Patliputra Circle” shall be inserted.
• Against serial no. 22, in column (2) after the words “Patna West Circle”, the symbol and words “, Patna Special Circle” shall be inserted.
This notification shall come into force with effect from the September 04, 2024.
