The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoCF) on December 19, 2024, issued an addendum to notification no. S.O. 2292 (E) dated June 14, 2024, regarding the ceiling price fixation of the scheduled formulation
The following has been inserted namely: -
• Sl. No. 21 shall be added in Table ‘B’ as below: -
M/s Jedux Parenteral Private Limited (note e2 below) - JEDUX DOUBLE PORT WITH EURO HEAD, JPORT PLUS
• Clause (e2) is added after clause (e1) & shall be read as follows:
“(e2) In case of M/s Jedux Parenteral Private Limited mentioned in Sl. No. 21 of Table B, only the prices of the formulations specified in Sl. No. 3 & 4 of Table A are applicable.”
