The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on December 27, 2024, issued a circular regarding the Mandatory Compliance with SHe-Box Portal Requirements under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of Aureliano Fernandes Vs State of Goa & Ors has passed directions that it is necessary for all the entities employing more than 10 individuals are required to ensure that the required information of their Nodal Officers and Internal Committee (IC) are uploaded on the SHe-Box as per the provisions of SH Act.
In this regard, all the Trading Members are advised to submit on [email protected] the details of their Internal Committee, including the names, designations, email addresses, and contact numbers of members and the details of Nodal Officers responsible for SH Act compliance within 15 days from the date of this circular.
Members are advised to update the required information on the portal and ensure compliance with the SH Act.
