The Government of Tamil Nadu on December 24, 2024, issued the notification regarding the amendment to Tamil Nadu Electricity Restructuring and Transfer Scheme, 2024.
The following has been amended namely: -
• Clause (2), in sub-clause (b) which specifies the “definition of Appointment Date” for the expression “01.04.2023”, the expression “01.04.2024” shall be substituted
• Clause (4) which states “Transfer of Undertakings by TANGEDCO” for the expression “Sixth day of March 2024” occurring in three places, the expression “appointed date” shall be substituted.
