Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 26, 2024, issued a notification to amend Notification No. 64/2023- Customs, dated December 07, 2023, related to the imports of Yellow Peas [HS 0713 10 10] from applicable BCD and AIDC.

The following amendment has been stated:

In the Table, against S. No. 1, in Column (4), for the words and figures “31st day of December, 2024”, the words and figures “28th day of February, 2025” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force from December 27, 2024.
