The Ministry of Home Affairs on December 28, 2024, issued a notification regarding the enforcement date of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Co-operative Societies Regulation 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•The Central Government has appointed December 30, 2024, as the date when the provisions of the Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Co-operative Societies Regulation, 2024, will come into effect.
•This regulation is enacted under the powers conferred by section 1(3) of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Co-operative Societies Regulation, 2024.
