Labour ComplianceThe Government of Jammu and Kashmir on December 29, 2024, issued the list of public holidays for government offices and educational institutions for the year 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Annexure A provides the list of holidays to be observed throughout the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

• Annexure B provides the list of provincial holidays for Kashmir and Jammu Province, list of local and restricted holidays.
