Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on December 30, 2024, issued a notification to amend notification no. 62/2022-Customs, dated December 26, 2022, related to the first tranche of tariff concessions under India Australia ECTA.

The following amendment has been stated:

• TABLE I which specifies the Sl. No., Tariff Item, Description of goods and BCD Rate in % (unless otherwise specified), have been substituted.

This notification shall come into force with effect from January 01, 2025.
