Labour Compliance The Government of Bihar on December 23, 2024, issued the notification regarding the new categories under the scheduled employments.

The following categories have been stated namely: -

• Employees employed in government offices on outsourcing basis.

• Gig Workers (Platform and Non Platform workers).

• Employees employed in sugar industries on outsourcing basis.

Objections or suggestions can be submitted to Labour Commissioner, Bihar or can be sent on [email protected] through email before the expiry of period of three months.
