EHS ComplianceThe Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on December 27, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Revocation of actions under Stage III ('severe' Air Quality) of GRAP and intensifying actions under Stage-I &II of revised Graded Response Action Plan.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Construction and Demolition project sites and industrial units etc. which have been issued specific closure orders on account of violations/non- compliances of various statutory directions, rules, guidelines etc. under no circumstances shall resume their operations without any specific order to this effect from the Commission.

• Actions under Stage-I and II of the revised GRAP shall, however, remain invoked and be implemented, monitored and reviewed by all the agencies concerned in the entire NCR to ensure that the AQI levels do not slip further. 

• While GRAP Stage-III is being revoked citizens are requested to strictly adhere to the citizen charter under GRAP-II.

This shall be revoked from December 27, 2024
