Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry on December 26, 2024, notified the Special Economic Zones (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006.

The following has been stated-

•In the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, in rule 43A, in sub-rule (3), for the words and figures “31st December 2024” the words and figures “31st December 2027”, shall be substituted.
