The India International Exchange (INX), on December 30, 2024, issued a notification regarding the Submission of Quarterly reports regarding Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience framework for Broker Dealers.
The Exchange reiterates the requirement for Members/Broker-Dealers to submit the quarterly Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience report as per SEBI's framework. The report, covering the quarter from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, must be submitted electronically through the “Cyber Security & Resilience” module of the IIeFS portal by January 15, 2025. It should align with Annexure A of SEBI's circular dated October 15, 2019, and be signed by the Designated Officer appointed as per SEBI's circular dated December 3, 2018. Unusual activities or events must be reported to the Exchange within 24 hours of receipt. Members are advised to comply with these guidelines.
