Industry Specific ComplianceThe Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on December 30, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Submission of ATR on Impersonation and Unauthorized Market Practices.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Details of the action taken by members can now be submitted to the Exchange online, through Member Portal. 

• The details of information data to be provided in this regard has been specified in Annexure - A. 

• The procedure for submitting the same through Member Portal is specified in Annexure - B.
