The Bombay Stock exchange (BSE) on December 31, 2024, notified regarding the online submission of NISM Series III-A certificate details of Compliance Officer through BEFS.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that Trading Members shall update the details of NISM Certificate Series III-A of the Compliance Officer on BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS) portal. Upon renewing the NISM Certificate Series III-A, the details are required to be submitted through BEFS portal.

• The detailed guidelines for submitting the details through BEFS are provided in the Annexure.
