The Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on December 31, 2024, issued the Comprehensive FAQs on SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015.
The following has been stated namely: -
• This document rescinds the earlier FAQs/clarifications/guidance-notes.
• The FAQs on trading plans have been revised and updated based on amendments, feedback, and consultations with market participants. To improve clarity, they are categorized under topics like trading, structured digital databases, disclosures, pledges, trading plans, pre-clearance, trading window closure, and contra-trades.
