The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) on December 31, 2024, issued the notification regarding the Commencement of Futures Trading in Gold Petal April 2025 Contract.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Gold Petal April 2025 Futures contract will be available for trading as below: -
o Contract Launch date – January 01, 2025
o Contract Expiry Date – April 30, 2025
o Contract Expiry Month – April 2025
• Buyers shall have to pay Rs 100 (over and above the DDR) per 1 Gram Gold Coin as a making charge, which shall be paid to the seller, at the time of taking delivery.
