The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on January 01, 2025, issued a notification regarding Rate of Interest on Floating Rate Savings Bond, 2020 (Taxable) – FRSB 2020(T) for the Period January 01, 2025 – June 30, 2025.
The following has been stated: -
•As per the Government of India Notification F.No.4(10)-B(W&M)/2020, the coupon rate of Floating Rate Savings Bonds (FRSB) 2020 (T) is reset every six months.
•For the period from January 01, 2025, to June 30, 2025, the coupon rate remains at 8.05% (7.70% + 0.35%). This rate is unchanged from the previous half-year.
•The interest will be payable on July 01, 2025.
