The Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region) (BoPTER) on December 31, 2024, issued a notification regarding the use of the Facilitate Training & Placement (FTP) module available in the NATS 2.0 portal for issuing Award/Call Letter to students for joining as an apprentice.
The following has been stated: -
•The Board of Practical Training (Eastern Region) has announced that establishments using the NATS 2.0 portal must begin issuing Award/Call Letters to eligible students for apprenticeships from January 01, 2025.
•The FTP module was introduced in December 2024, and students with incomplete profiles were informed to update their information by December 29, 2024. Industry establishments are reminded to use the FTP panel for issuing these letters and fulfilling their apprentice quotas promptly.
•Non-compliance may lead to notices.
