Industry Specific ComplianceThe Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) on December 16, 2024, issued the Corrigendum for the Guidelines for Prevention and Regulation of Greenwashing or Misleading Environmental Claims, 2024 

The following has been stated namely: -

• In para 1, after sub- para (a), the following shall be inserted, namely: 

"(b) They shall come into force on the date of its publication."
