Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on December 30, 2024, issued the Central Sales Tax (Himachal Pradesh) Amendment Rules, 2024 to further amend the Central Sales Tax (Himachal Pradesh) Rules, 1970.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In sub-rule (2) of rule 6B, for the words “Zonal Collector” the words “concerned Joint Commissioner, ST&E (Tax Payer Services, Enforcement & Allied Taxes)” shall be substituted.

They shall come into force from December 30, 2024.
