Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution (MoCAF&PD) on December 31, 2024, issued a notification regarding that every producer of sugar by vacuum pan process, shall hold white or refined sugar stock tentatively till January 31, 2025.

Opening stock as on 01.01.2025 Plus (+) Production during the month of January, 2025 till 31.01.2025 minus (-) quantity not exceeding the figures as mentioned in column (8) of the table below against respective sugar mill, table is attached to the document.
