The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on January 03, 2025, issued a circular regarding the Submission of Quarterly reports for Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience framework for Broker-Dealers.
The following has been stated: -
•Broker Dealers must submit quarterly reports on Cyber Incidents for the period ending December 31, 2024, by January 15, 2025, through the Member Portal. The report format and user manual are provided in Annexures 1 and 2.
•Non-compliance or delayed submission will lead to disciplinary action as per Exchange Circular NSEIFSC/REG/1736. The Compliance Officer must inform the Exchange of any unusual activities within 6 hours.
