The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) on January 01, 2025, notified the date of establishment and withdrawal of the Indian Standards related to the Technical Supply Conditions for Threaded Steel Fasteners.
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the dates of establishment shall be December 16, 2024: -
• IS 1367 (Part 11):2024 ISO 4042:2022 Technical Supply Conditions for Threaded Steel Fasteners Part 11 Electroplated Coating Systems (Fifth Revision).
• IS 4485:2024 Track Spanners for Railways — Specification (First Revision).
• IS 4506:2024 Hand Tools — Forks, General Purpose — Specification (Second Revision).
In the following Indian Standards particulars, the date of withdrawal shall be June 16, 2025: -
• IS 1367 (Part 11):2020 ISO 4042:2018 Technical Supply Conditions for Threaded Steel Fasteners Part 11 Electroplated Coating Systems (Fourth Revision).
• IS 4485 – 1968 Specification for Track Spanners for Railways.
• IS 4506:1989 Hand Tools — Forks, General Purpose — Specification (First Revision).
