The Government of Rajasthan on January 03, 2025, notified the Rajasthan District Mineral Foundation Trust (Amendment) Rules, 2025 to further amend the Rajasthan District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2016.
The following has been stated-
•In clause (iii) of sub-rule (1) of rule 13 of the Rajasthan District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2016,- (i) in sub-clause (b), for the existing punctuation mark “;” appearing at the end, the punctuation mark “:” shall be substituted; and (ii) after the sub-clause (b), so amended, the following new proviso shall be added, namely:- “Provided that in case of removal of overburden used in M-sand unit as per the provisions of sub-rule (1A) of rule 52 of the Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017, the contribution towards District Mineral Foundation Trust fund shall not be payable.”.
