The Government of Rajasthan on November 26, 2024, issued the Mukhyamantri Vishwakarma Pension Scheme, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Eligible Subscriber and family.
•Rule 3 specifies the States Pension Fund.
•The State Insurance and Provident Fund Department will operate the scheme.
•The provisions of this scheme apply to workers in the unorganized sector, the street vendors, and will apply to artists.
This scheme shall come into force in the whole of Rajasthan from November 26, 2024.
