EHS ComplianceThe Commission for Air Quality Management in NCR and Adjoining Areas (CAQM) on January 05, 2025, issued a notification regarding the revocation of actions under Stage III (‘Severe’ Air Quality) of GRAP and intensifying actions under Stage-I & II of revised Graded Response Action Plan (December 2024).

The following has been stated: -

•The Commission for Air Quality Management in NCR revoked the Stage-III ('Severe' Air Quality) measures of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) after observing a decline in Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI). 

•Stage-I and Stage-II measures remain in effect and will be strictly monitored to prevent further deterioration. The decision follows Favorable meteorological conditions and improved wind speed. Construction and demolition sites with non-compliance orders will not resume without specific authorization. 

•Citizens are urged to adhere to the GRAP-II guidelines to maintain air quality.
