The Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution (MoCAF&PD) on January 01, 2025, issued Draft Rules for Automatic Level Gauges.
The following has been stated namely: -
• These rules shall be called the Legal Metrology (General) Amendment Rules, 2024.
• It states that under the Eight Schedule after Part XIII, the entries “Part XIV”, “Automatic Level Gauges for measuring the level of liquid in stationary storage tanks” shall be inserted.
• Comments from stakeholders are invited by February 06, 2025, the comments may be sent to email-ID: [email protected] /[email protected].
