The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 07, 2025, notified regarding the disclosures in the offer document as per the requirement of SEBI NCS regulation, 2021.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the companies issuing non-convertible debt securities shall include all disclosures required by Schedule I of SEBI NCS Regulation, 2021, directly in the offer document, avoiding references to separate documents.
• It further states that SEBI has provided an updated checklist for in-principle and listing approvals for securities issued via private placement.
