The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoH&FW) on January 06, 2025, issued a corrigendum regarding an older Notification No. G.S.R. 10(E) dated January 04, 2025, related to the extension of the compliance timeline for Small and Medium Manufacturers with the revised Drugs Rules, 1945.
The following has been stated: -
•In the notification in para 4 for the words “in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12 and 13 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 ” the following shall be substituted as,:- “in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12 and 33 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
