The Bar Council of India (BCI) on January 05, 2025, extended the deadline for Submission of Online Applications by CLEs.
The deadline for the submission/completion of online applications by proposed and existing Centres for Legal Education (CLEs) seeking approval for affiliation of fresh law degree courses or additional sections in existing law degree courses and/or additional courses, as the case may be, has been extended upto January 15, 2025 with late fee of Rs 2 lakhs per course and/or per additional section/s and/or course/s, apart from, registration fee and regular application fee and consideration of approval cum inspection fee.
