The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), on January 07, 2025, notified the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (First Amendment) Regulations, 2025 to further amend the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated-
•These regulations shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
•A new Regulation, Regulation 60A Participation of Experts or Persons of Eminence in the Expert Committee or Seminars or Lectures organized by the Commission, shall be added after Regulation 60.
