Secretarial Compliance The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on January 08, 2025, notified regarding the incentive to DPs for opening and maintaining BSDA Accounts for the F.Y. 2023-2024.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that the Incentives for FY 2023-24 are distributed to eligible DPs based on BSDA openings, folio holdings, and SEBI guidelines, proportionate to 20% of incremental issuer revenue.

• It provides the procedure to claim the incentives by the eligible DPs.
