Labour Compliance The Government of Kerala on January 06, 2025, issued the Kerala Factories (Amendment) Rules, 2025 to further amend the Kerala Factories Rules, 1957.

The following amendments have been stated:

• APPENDIX – I of the Kerala Factories Rules, 1957 has been amended.

• APPENDIX – III which states “Schedule Of Fees Prescribed Under The Kerala Factories Rules, 1957 Other Than The Fees Prescribed In Appendix I” has been amended.

They shall come into force at once.
