Labour Compliance The Government of Delhi on January 02, 2025, issued a notification regarding the addition in the Schedule-1 Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954.

The Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the following addition to Schedule-1, appended to the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954.

In the said Schedule under “Establishment etc.” after the existing entry at serial no. 298 serial no. 299 entry shall be added.
