The Kerala State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) on January 02, 2025, issued a circular regarding the acceptance of E Stamp paper issued by the Government for submission of affidavit.
The Board has noted that there is a shortage of conventional stamp paper used for submission of affidavits along with consent applications, which makes it difficult for applicants.
Accordingly, e-stamping and e-stamp papers can be accepted for submission of affidavits, as attachments to online applications. e-stamping and e-stamp papers can also be accepted for other types of affidavits, undertakings, agreements etc. submitted to the Board.
