Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Karnataka on January 09, 2025, notified the Basavanabagewadi Development Authority Act, 2024.

The following has been stated: -

•Section 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Amenity and Heritage Site.

•Section 3 specifies the Basavanabagewadi Development Authority.

•Section 4 specifies Term of office and conditions of services.

•Section 5 specifies Disqualification for office of membership.

It shall come into force from January 09, 2025.
