Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Telangana on January 10, 2025, notified Telangana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2024 to amend the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.

The following has been stated: -

•In the Rules after rule 163 the following rule shall be inserted namely: -

164. Procedure and conditions for closure of proceedings under section 128A with respect to demands issued under section 73.

These rules shall come into force with effect from November 01, 2024
