The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on January 09, 2025, issued a circular regarding the extension of time for filing Forms to monitor liquidation and voluntary liquidation processes under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the regulations made thereunder.
The following has been stated: -
•The deadline for liquidators to submit forms related to liquidation and voluntary liquidation has been extended to March 31, 2025, due to technical difficulties.
•The extension follows representations from liquidators and Insolvency Professional Agencies. Liquidators are also directed to ensure the accuracy of submitted information.
•For clarification, FAQs are available on the IBBI website, and technical issues can be reported to IBBI support.
