The Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on January 11, 2025, notified regarding the introduction of the "Pledge History Inquiry" Menu for Closed Pledges/ Pledge Rejection Reason Codes.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the Closed pledge transactions till March 31, 2024, will be moved to the "Pledge History Inquiry" menu during purging on January 12, 2025, to enhance inquiry efficiency.
• It states that Revised Rejection Reason Codes for Pledge/Unpledge transactions, reflected in DP37 reports as per the CDSL communique, will go live on January 24, 2025, effective from January 25, 2025.
