Finance & Taxation Compliance The Department of Finance, Delhi on January 08, 2025, notified regarding the amendment in the older Notification No. 04/2017 - State Tax (Rate), dated June 30, 2017, regarding the reverse charge on certain specified supplies of goods.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It states that in the Table, after S. No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, a new S. No. 8 stating entries related to “Metal scrap” shall be inserted.

• This shall come into force on October 10, 2024.
