Labour Compliance The Labour Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh on January 01, 2025, issued the Draft amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Shram Kalyan Nidhi Adhiniyam, 1982.

The following has been stated namely: -

• In Section 9 (2), the words "thirty rupees", shall be substituted with the words "fifty rupees".

• In Section 9 (2), in the provision for the words "one thousand five hundred rupees" the words, "two thousand five hundred rupees" shall be substituted.
